1.Scope of Digital Assets All developer API credits, platform utility keys, and diagnostic data available on craftersserver.com are entirely digital in nature. The value of these digital credit’s balances reflected within a user account does not represent real-world currency, holds no cash value, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
2.All Sales Are Final Except As expressly provided in this policy or agreed to by Crafters Server in writing; all purchases of developer API credits and digital diagnostic assets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable once successfully delivered to the customer's account.
3. Exceptional Defects and Technical Malfunctions Crafters Server stands by the operational stability of our infrastructure. In exceptional circumstances where a delivered digital credit, utility key, or diagnostic data sequence is technically defective or non-functional at the time of automated fulfillment, customers may request a technical review.
Submission Window: Technical defect claims must be submitted to our support help-desk within 7 days from the exact date of purchase.
Resolution:If crafters server, in its sole discretion, verifies a system-side delivery failure or data defect, we will issue a replacement asset, account credit balance, or financial refund to the original payment method.
Failure to notify support within the 7-day technical window constitutes a final, irrevocable acceptance of the digital asset.
