1. Eligibility and Account Security

To access our catalog or purchase developer API credits, you must register for a secure account. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all automated operations or transactions executed through your account dashboard. You must immediately notify support@craftersserver.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2. Scope of Services and Infrastructure

Crafters Server provides a specialized digital B2B and B2C storefront utilizing the recognized and secure DHRU Fusion infrastructure for backend inventory management and data fulfillment. We do not sell physical merchandise, and we do not handle physical delivery. All assets offered through the platform are strictly digital utility items, tokens, or data streams intended for server and network diagnostics.

3. Payment and Immediate Billing

By completing a purchase on craftersserver.com and providing your payment details, you represent that you are legally authorized to use the designated payment method.

Immediate Capture:
Transactions are fully authorized and charged immediately at the point of sale via our secure third-party payment processing gateway.

Sufficient Funds:
You agree to maintain sufficient funds or credit limits to complete transactions. Disputed payments or fraudulent charge attempts will result in immediate, permanent account termination.

Risk of loss and system access passes to you immediately upon successful digital transmission. crafters server is not liable for downstream network latency or localized internet connectivity issues that delay your viewing of your digital balance.

5. Refund and Technical Defect Limitations

As outlined in our dedicated Refund Policy, all sales of digital assets and utility credits are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once successfully delivered to your dashboard. In the rare event of a technical delivery error or system-side database defect, you must notify our help-desk within seven (7) days of purchase for a diagnostic review and potential credit adjustment.

6. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in the crafters server platform, user interface, and proprietary technical setups belong exclusively to crafters server and our infrastructure licensors. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing automated scrapers, malicious bots, or reverse-engineering scripts to compromise our storefront. All third-party software brands, trademarks, or service names referenced on our platform belong solely to their respective copyright owners; our display of these technical markers is for client identification and utility synchronization purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability and Platform Reliability
Crafters Server provides its digital assets and API credit routing on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You acknowledge that data transmissions over telecommunication networks are subject to occasional interruptions, server updates, or upstream provider maintenance. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crafters server shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime or your reliance on developer utility keys.

8. Modifications and Governing Law

We reserve the right to update our platform catalog, adjust utility credit pricing models, or amend these Terms at any time to reflect software updates or processing compliance modifications. Your continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your registering business jurisdiction, without giving effect to conflicting legal principles.
